The Kearney County Health Services medical staff is organized and governed by the KCHS Medical Staff Bylaws, which are subject to the approval of the KCHS Board of Trustees.
The Kearney County Health Services medical staff is appointed by the KCHS Board of Trustees in accordance with the KCHS Board of Trustees Bylaws and as delineated by the KCHS Medical Staff Bylaws.
A licensed healthcare practitioner who has been granted specific clinical privileges by the KCHS Board of Trustees and delineated by the KCHS Medical Staff Bylaws may only admit persons for care and treatment at a Kearney County Health Services facility.
Other healthcare practitioners may be credentialed to practice their profession at a KCHS facility in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, as may be delineated by the KCHS Medical Staff Bylaws and as specified by written KCHS Policies and Procedures.
